I work for a valeting & detailing company in Weston super mare, I recently met Carlos after taking care of his beautiful Bmw M2 and being a bmw enthusiast myself i mentioned to Carlos that I’d be interested in using his services, He straight away looked after me and he got my car in sooner than expected and he went above to insure my car was dropped off at a time that was best suited for me.The aim was to have my car remapped but first a full health check was put in place and Carlos straight away reported back to reassure me he was happy to proceed with a stage 2 remap.I collected my car today and i can not believe the difference it has made, they have transformed my car beyond my expectations!I can not recommend this place enough and will look forward to continuing bringing my car here now for on going future maintenance.Thank you again from a very happy customer!

Bought a stage 1 tune for the engine & transmission, and a few extras (V-Max limit disabled, Start-Stop memory function & Sport displays calibration) for a BMW 435d.The car was absolutely no slouch stock and I was sceptical about how much I'd feel the difference. Before I'd even got to the Bristol location, I'd run through everything online with the absolutely top team at OLS, who would answer my (many) questions extremely promptly and helpfully, even over Christmas!After less than two hours, the car was finished. It was a pleasure watching the dyno runs, tweaking and testing everything to make sure it was safe and smooth, this is not just a generic remap flash (lots of data logging to make sure the car is healthy and happy to be boosted!)The car made 294hp/595nm stock (lower than expected/quoted figures but we were assured this was normal for the N57 and that the engine was completely healthy). This, however, did not mean the stage 1 figures were lower than expected. The car now makes 377hp/714nm and BOY can you feel the difference.Not only is there 28% more peak power, the whole car is completely transformed and I can safely say it's ridiculous now. Part throttle driving is now as fast as going all-out in the pre-tuned car. Full throttle driving is now fast enough to leave the stock car half a mile behind. Night and day. Safe to say I giggled like a school girl all the way home, and all of the next day as I bombed around for no particular reason other than scaring myself. The feeling is OEM+ too, no weird spikes in torque or flat spots, just completely smooth across the entire rev range.The dyno printout ratifies this, the car now makes more power from 3000RPM than the pre-tuned version ever made, more than 700nm from 2100-3500RPM and more than the BMW-quoted 630nm until 4700RPM. That's only half the story though, the TCU tune makes the gears softer but quicker in D and near-DSG levels in S. This is hugely important to me as manual mode with the paddles is now usable with instant response up-shifting and down-shifting alike. Throttle response in Sport mode is like a trigger (addictive) and Eco Pro is now more usable as the engine has much more torque at low RPM/throttle position (bear in mind that the 35d has enough torque for comfortable Eco Pro driving already, where something like a stock 18i or 20d might feel a bit flabby, they would benefit even more from OLS's wizardry I'm sure).When the conditions clear up, and I get a fresh set of tyres, I'll get some 0-60s logged. As above, the stock car is quick as it is, and I measured 4.61s GPS-verified before tuning. I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if that figure drops to sub-4 seconds now. I'll update this with fuel economy figures too, but as a lot of the reviews here corroborate, it's too hard to not enjoy the extra power for now.To the staff at OLS: Thank you for everything, I hope this review can convey the respect I have for the time and care you put into the work you do, even answering questions about things that had nothing to do with the car being tuned. It's already been decided that we'll come to you guys for larger servicing and iDrive updates, and I'm sure stage 2 is on the way! 800+nm sounds like the next ridiculous step, but I'm not sure the power it's got will ever get boring!

Remap Visited OLS for a remap on a BMW 218i. What a difference. Much more lively and responsive and considering it's only a 1.5L 3 cylinder, the performance increase is extremely good. Well worth a visit. Before and after dyno readings with a full explanation. Friendly staff. would certainly recommend a visit.
